NOTICE OF PROPOSED REGULATORY ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (Bureau) is proposing to adopt regulations concerning Private Investigator fees required by Senate Bill (SB) 385 (Chapter 326, Statutes of 2019) and SB 609 (Chapter 377, Stautes of 2019).
